Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item — contact sales@torqueworks.us to request one.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unmarked packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum $25). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping errors or shortages must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Custom, special-order, and non-stock items are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
