Torque Works supplies industrial testing instruments and precision metrology equipment to machine shops, manufacturing facilities, and quality-control laboratories across the United States. This policy outlines our standard processing, shipping, and lead-time procedures to ensure clear expectations and reliable delivery.


Order Processing

• Standard processing time is 1–2 business days for all in-stock items.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
• A confirmation email and tracking number are issued as soon as the order ships.


Domestic Shipping Times

Torque Works utilizes UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic fulfillment. Typical transit times are:

• UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
• FedEx Ground: 3–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Transit times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.


Lead Times for Industrial Equipment

Some precision instruments and specialty tools require fulfillment from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Estimated lead times are:

• Surface Roughness Testers: 2–5 business days
• Hardness Testers (Leeb/Brinell): 3–7 business days
• Calibration Blocks / Ra Standards: 2–4 business days
• Force and Torque Gauges: 3–7 business days

Customers will be notified promptly if an item requires an extended lead time or is temporarily out of stock.


Factory-Shipped Items

Certain INSIZE products or specialty metrology instruments may ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized warehouse. In such cases:

• Lead times range from 4–10 business days, depending on availability
• Tracking information is provided once the shipment is released
• All warranty, authenticity, and quality standards remain fully guaranteed


Shipment Integrity and Damage Policy

Torque Works ensures that all equipment is delivered in new, fully functional condition. If a shipment arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the packaging and product
• A replacement shipment or carrier claim will be initiated immediately

There is no cost to the customer for damage claims related to shipping.
